電弧光維護在中低壓開關柜和母線維護中的使用

    電弧光保(bao)(bao)護在中(zhong)低(di)壓開關柜和母(mu)線保(bao)(bao)護中(zhong)的使用

   近幾年來(lai), 跟著電(dian)力工業(ye)的(de)(de)快(kuai)速發(fa)展(zhan), 35kV 中低壓(ya)開關柜的(de)(de)使(shi)用數(shu)量越來(lai)越多, 因(yin)為開關柜弧(hu)光短(duan)(duan)路毛病引(yin)發(fa)的(de)(de)中低壓(ya)母線毛病時有發(fa)作, 而(er)且也(ye)發(fa)作過(guo)主變壓(ya)器因(yin)為遭(zao)受外(wai)部短(duan)(duan)路電(dian)流沖擊損壞(huai)的(de)(de) 事故, 經(jing)濟損失嚴重; 另一方面, 用戶對供電(dian)的(de)(de)可靠(kao)性要求(qiu)也(ye)越來(lai)越高: 因(yin)而(er), 全國電(dian)業(ye)局在35 kV開關柜裝設(she)了專用快(kuai)速母線維護———電(dian)弧(hu)光保(bao)護。

 

 

   1 裝(zhuang)設電弧(hu)光(guang)維(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)必(bi)要(yao)(yao)性 1.1 開(kai)關(guan)(guan)柜內(nei)(nei)部燃(ran)弧(hu)耐受(shou)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke) 當開(kai)關(guan)(guan)柜內(nei)(nei)部弧(hu)光(guang)短路(lu)毛(mao)(mao)病(bing)(bing)(bing)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi), IEC298 規(gui)(gui)范(fan)附錄(lu)AA 中(zhong)規(gui)(gui)則(ze)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)部燃(ran)弧(hu)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke)是(shi)100 ms, 也(ye)就(jiu)是(shi)說,開(kai)關(guan)(guan)柜能夠承受(shou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電弧(hu)焚(fen)燒(shao)(shao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke), 即維(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)和(he)斷路(lu)器(qi)(qi)切除(chu)(chu)(chu)毛(mao)(mao)病(bing)(bing)(bing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke)之和(he)應小于(yu)(yu)100 ms 才(cai)干到(dao)(dao)達保 護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)該開(kai)關(guan)(guan)柜的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。現在(zai)市場(chang)上(shang)(shang)銷(xiao)售的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)開(kai)關(guan)(guan)柜基本上(shang)(shang)是(shi)依(yi)照IEC298 規(gui)(gui)范(fan)生產的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de), 也(ye)就(jiu)是(shi)說, 開(kai)關(guan)(guan)柜能夠承受(shou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電弧(hu)焚(fen)燒(shao)(shao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke)為(wei)(wei)(wei)100 ms。表1 為(wei)(wei)(wei)國(guo)外(wai)對(dui)各(ge)種燃(ran)弧(hu)持續時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke)下進(jin)行試(shi)驗得出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)設備(bei)形成 的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)危害程度。 1.2 變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)安(an)穩(wen)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke)及(ji)中(zhong)低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)維(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求 國(guo)標規(gui)(gui)則(ze)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)110 kV 及(ji)以(yi)(yi)(yi)上(shang)(shang)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)等級的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)熱安(an)穩(wen)允許時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke)為(wei)(wei)(wei)2 s, 動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)安(an)穩(wen)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke)為(wei)(wei)(wei)0.25 s。但(dan)實(shi)踐(jian)上(shang)(shang), 在(zai)低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側出(chu)口短路(lu)毛(mao)(mao)病(bing)(bing)(bing)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)過(guo)(guo)(guo)流(liu)(liu)(liu)后(hou)備(bei)維(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)切除(chu)(chu)(chu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke)往往在(zai)2 s 以(yi)(yi)(yi)上(shang)(shang), 距(ju)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)安(an)穩(wen)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke) 要(yao)(yao)求0.25 s 相差甚(shen)遠(yuan), 這(zhe)(zhe)也(ye)是(shi)形成變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)損壞(huai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)原(yuan)因(yin)(yin)(yin)。 1.3 現有(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)維(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)及(ji)存在(zai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)問題 1.3.1 變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)后(hou)備(bei)過(guo)(guo)(guo)流(liu)(liu)(liu)維(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu) 這(zhe)(zhe)是(shi)現在(zai)國(guo)內(nei)(nei)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)最廣泛的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)維(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)( 烏(wu)海電業(ye)局也(ye)是(shi)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)這(zhe)(zhe)種維(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)) 。因(yin)(yin)(yin)為(wei)(wei)(wei)考慮(lv)到(dao)(dao)與饋線(xian)(xian)(xian)和(he)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)分(fen)段開(kai)關(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)配合, 維(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)跳閘(zha)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke)一般整定為(wei)(wei)(wei)1.0~1.4 s, 有(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)乃至更長, 達2.0 s 以(yi)(yi)(yi)上(shang)(shang)。這(zhe)(zhe)一動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke)遠(yuan)遠(yuan)不(bu)(bu)能滿意(yi)快速(su)切除(chu)(chu)(chu)中(zhong)低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)毛(mao)(mao)病(bing)(bing)(bing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求。 1.3.2 饋線(xian)(xian)(xian)過(guo)(guo)(guo)流(liu)(liu)(liu)維(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)閉(bi)鎖變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)過(guo)(guo)(guo)流(liu)(liu)(liu)維(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu) 近年來使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)饋線(xian)(xian)(xian)過(guo)(guo)(guo)流(liu)(liu)(liu)元件閉(bi)鎖變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)過(guo)(guo)(guo)流(liu)(liu)(liu)維(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)較為(wei)(wei)(wei)廣泛, 與變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)后(hou)備(bei)過(guo)(guo)(guo)流(liu)(liu)(liu)維(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)比(bi)較其動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)速(su)度有(you)了必(bi)定的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)進(jin)步, 典型(xing)(xing)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke)為(wei)(wei)(wei)300~400 ms。但(dan)關(guan)(guan)于(yu)(yu)要(yao)(yao)求100 ms 以(yi)(yi)(yi)內(nei)(nei)切除(chu)(chu)(chu)毛(mao)(mao)病(bing)(bing)(bing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de), 顯(xian)(xian)然 不(bu)(bu)能滿意(yi)要(yao)(yao)求。 1.3.3 選用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)環流(liu)(liu)(liu)原(yuan)理的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)阻抗(kang)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)維(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu) 這(zhe)(zhe)種維(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)典型(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)維(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke)為(wei)(wei)(wei)35~60ms。考慮(lv)到(dao)(dao)斷路(lu)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)分(fen)閘(zha)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke), 這(zhe)(zhe)一動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)速(su)度對(dui)要(yao)(yao)求100 ms 以(yi)(yi)(yi)內(nei)(nei)切除(chu)(chu)(chu)毛(mao)(mao)病(bing)(bing)(bing)來說也(ye)慢。而(er)且這(zhe)(zhe)種維(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)接(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)復(fu)雜, 對(dui)TA 的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)質量要(yao)(yao)求高(gao), 安(an)裝(zhuang)在(zai)有(you)很多出(chu) 線(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)6~35 kV 母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)上(shang)(shang)非(fei)常困難, 也(ye)不(bu)(bu)經濟(ji)。此(ci)外(wai), 因(yin)(yin)(yin)為(wei)(wei)(wei)其維(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)規(gui)(gui)模(mo)受(shou)到(dao)(dao)TA 安(an)裝(zhuang)位置的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)限制, 不(bu)(bu)能維(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)到(dao)(dao)發作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)毛(mao)(mao)病(bing)(bing)(bing)幾率較高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電纜室(shi)電纜接(jie)頭處的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)毛(mao)(mao)病(bing)(bing)(bing)。因(yin)(yin)(yin)而(er)并不(bu)(bu)合適使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)中(zhong)低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)維(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)。從實(shi)踐(jian) 使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)狀況(kuang)來看, 現有(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)維(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)顯(xian)(xian)然不(bu)(bu)能滿意(yi)快速(su)切除(chu)(chu)(chu)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)毛(mao)(mao)病(bing)(bing)(bing)或維(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)覆蓋(gai)規(gui)(gui)模(mo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求,因(yin)(yin)(yin)而(er), 在(zai)中(zhong)低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)和(he)開(kai)關(guan)(guan)柜裝(zhuang)設一種快速(su)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)維(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)是(shi)必(bi)要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de), 也(ye)是(shi)迫切的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。

  2 LKEAP 新型電弧(hu)(hu)光(guang)母(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)維(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu) 體系 2.1電弧(hu)(hu)光(guang)維(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)原理 電弧(hu)(hu)光(guang)維(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)原理很簡單(dan), 主要動(dong)作根據為(wei)毛(mao)病產生的兩個不同(tong)因素: 弧(hu)(hu)光(guang)及電流增量(liang)。當一起檢測(ce)到(dao)弧(hu)(hu)光(guang)和電流增量(liang)時宣布(bu)跳閘命令(ling)。也就是說, 當體系發作毛(mao)病時, 弧(hu)(hu)光(guang)傳(chuan)(chuan)感器將弧(hu)(hu)光(guang)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)化為(wei)電 信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao), 經(jing)過I/O 輔佐(zuo)單(dan)元(yuan)傳(chuan)(chuan)給主單(dan)元(yuan), 主單(dan)元(yuan)再經(jing)過檢測(ce)電流信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)而且到(dao)達發動(dong)值, 即宣布(bu)跳閘信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)。電弧(hu)(hu)光(guang)維(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)能(neng)快速切除中低壓(ya)母(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)毛(mao)病, 確保輸配電網的安全(quan)運(yun)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)。現(xian)在, 烏海電業局(ju)五(wu)福變電 站(zhan)、寶山變電站(zhan)35 kV 母(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)已安裝了LKEAP 電弧(hu)(hu)光(guang)維(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu), 運(yun)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)作用(yong)杰出, 并可作為(wei)參考, 廣泛(fan)地使用(yong)在其(qi)(qi)他中低壓(ya)母(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)上, 發揮其(qi)(qi)應有(you)的作用(yong)。
