電弧光維護在中低壓開關柜和母線維護中的使用

    電弧光(guang)保護在中低壓(ya)開(kai)關柜和母線保護中的(de)使用(yong)

   近幾(ji)年來, 跟著電(dian)力工業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)快速發(fa)展(zhan), 35kV 中低(di)壓(ya)開(kai)關(guan)柜的(de)(de)使用(yong)數量越(yue)(yue)(yue)來越(yue)(yue)(yue)多, 因為開(kai)關(guan)柜弧(hu)光(guang)短(duan)路(lu)毛病引發(fa)的(de)(de)中低(di)壓(ya)母線毛病時有發(fa)作, 而且也發(fa)作過主變壓(ya)器因為遭(zao)受外部短(duan)路(lu)電(dian)流(liu)沖擊損壞的(de)(de) 事故, 經濟損失嚴重; 另一方面, 用(yong)戶對供電(dian)的(de)(de)可靠性要求(qiu)也越(yue)(yue)(yue)來越(yue)(yue)(yue)高(gao): 因而, 全國電(dian)業(ye)(ye)局(ju)在(zai)35 kV開(kai)關(guan)柜裝設了(le)專用(yong)快速母線維護———電(dian)弧(hu)光(guang)保(bao)護。

 

 

   1 裝(zhuang)設(she)電弧(hu)(hu)(hu)光維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)必(bi)要(yao)性(xing) 1.1 開(kai)關(guan)(guan)(guan)柜(ju)內(nei)(nei)(nei)部燃(ran)(ran)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)耐受時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke) 當開(kai)關(guan)(guan)(guan)柜(ju)內(nei)(nei)(nei)部弧(hu)(hu)(hu)光短路(lu)(lu)毛(mao)病時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi), IEC298 規范附(fu)錄AA 中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)規則的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)部燃(ran)(ran)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)100 ms, 也(ye)(ye)(ye)就是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)說(shuo),開(kai)關(guan)(guan)(guan)柜(ju)能夠(gou)承受的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電弧(hu)(hu)(hu)焚燒(shao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke), 即維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)動(dong)(dong)作和(he)(he)斷路(lu)(lu)器(qi)(qi)切(qie)(qie)除(chu)(chu)毛(mao)病的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)之和(he)(he)應(ying)小(xiao)于(yu)100 ms 才干到(dao)達(da)保 護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)該開(kai)關(guan)(guan)(guan)柜(ju)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。現(xian)(xian)在(zai)(zai)(zai)市場上銷(xiao)售的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)開(kai)關(guan)(guan)(guan)柜(ju)基(ji)本上是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)依照(zhao)IEC298 規范生產的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de), 也(ye)(ye)(ye)就是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)說(shuo), 開(kai)關(guan)(guan)(guan)柜(ju)能夠(gou)承受的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電弧(hu)(hu)(hu)焚燒(shao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)為(wei)(wei)100 ms。表1 為(wei)(wei)國外(wai)對(dui)(dui)各種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)燃(ran)(ran)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)持續時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)下進行試驗得出的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)設(she)備形成(cheng) 的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)危害程度(du)(du)。 1.2 變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)安(an)穩(wen)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)及(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)動(dong)(dong)作時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu) 國標規則的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)110 kV 及(ji)以(yi)上電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)等級的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)熱(re)安(an)穩(wen)允許時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)為(wei)(wei)2 s, 動(dong)(dong)安(an)穩(wen)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)為(wei)(wei)0.25 s。但實(shi)(shi)踐上, 在(zai)(zai)(zai)低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)出口短路(lu)(lu)毛(mao)病時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)過(guo)流(liu)(liu)后備維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)切(qie)(qie)除(chu)(chu)動(dong)(dong)作時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)往(wang)往(wang)在(zai)(zai)(zai)2 s 以(yi)上, 距(ju)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)動(dong)(dong)安(an)穩(wen)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke) 要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)0.25 s 相差(cha)甚遠(yuan), 這(zhe)(zhe)也(ye)(ye)(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)形成(cheng)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)損壞的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)原因。 1.3 現(xian)(xian)有(you)(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)及(ji)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)問題 1.3.1 變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)后備過(guo)流(liu)(liu)維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu) 這(zhe)(zhe)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)在(zai)(zai)(zai)國內(nei)(nei)(nei)使(shi)(shi)用最廣泛的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)( 烏海電業(ye)局也(ye)(ye)(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)使(shi)(shi)用的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)這(zhe)(zhe)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)) 。因為(wei)(wei)考慮到(dao)與饋(kui)線(xian)(xian)和(he)(he)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)分段開(kai)關(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)配合, 維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)跳閘時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)一(yi)般整定為(wei)(wei)1.0~1.4 s, 有(you)(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)乃至更長, 達(da)2.0 s 以(yi)上。這(zhe)(zhe)一(yi)動(dong)(dong)作時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)遠(yuan)遠(yuan)不能滿(man)意快速(su)(su)切(qie)(qie)除(chu)(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)毛(mao)病的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)。 1.3.2 饋(kui)線(xian)(xian)過(guo)流(liu)(liu)維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)閉(bi)鎖變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)過(guo)流(liu)(liu)維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu) 近年來使(shi)(shi)用饋(kui)線(xian)(xian)過(guo)流(liu)(liu)元件閉(bi)鎖變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)過(guo)流(liu)(liu)維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)用較為(wei)(wei)廣泛, 與變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)后備過(guo)流(liu)(liu)維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)比(bi)較其(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)作速(su)(su)度(du)(du)有(you)(you)了必(bi)定的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)進步(bu), 典型動(dong)(dong)作時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)為(wei)(wei)300~400 ms。但關(guan)(guan)(guan)于(yu)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)100 ms 以(yi)內(nei)(nei)(nei)切(qie)(qie)除(chu)(chu)毛(mao)病的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de), 顯(xian)然(ran) 不能滿(man)意要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)。 1.3.3 選用環(huan)流(liu)(liu)原理的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)(gao)阻抗母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu) 這(zhe)(zhe)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)典型的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)動(dong)(dong)作時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)為(wei)(wei)35~60ms。考慮到(dao)斷路(lu)(lu)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)分閘時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke), 這(zhe)(zhe)一(yi)動(dong)(dong)作速(su)(su)度(du)(du)對(dui)(dui)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)100 ms 以(yi)內(nei)(nei)(nei)切(qie)(qie)除(chu)(chu)毛(mao)病來說(shuo)也(ye)(ye)(ye)慢。而且這(zhe)(zhe)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)接線(xian)(xian)復(fu)雜, 對(dui)(dui)TA 的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)質量要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)高(gao)(gao), 安(an)裝(zhuang)在(zai)(zai)(zai)有(you)(you)很多出 線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)6~35 kV 母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)上非常困難, 也(ye)(ye)(ye)不經濟。此外(wai), 因為(wei)(wei)其(qi)(qi)維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)規模受到(dao)TA 安(an)裝(zhuang)位(wei)置(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)限制, 不能維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)到(dao)發作毛(mao)病幾率較高(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電纜室電纜接頭處的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)毛(mao)病。因而并不合適使(shi)(shi)用于(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)。從實(shi)(shi)踐 使(shi)(shi)用狀(zhuang)況(kuang)來看, 現(xian)(xian)有(you)(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)顯(xian)然(ran)不能滿(man)意快速(su)(su)切(qie)(qie)除(chu)(chu)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)毛(mao)病或維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)覆蓋規模的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu),因而, 在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)和(he)(he)開(kai)關(guan)(guan)(guan)柜(ju)裝(zhuang)設(she)一(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)快速(su)(su)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)維(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)必(bi)要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de), 也(ye)(ye)(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)迫切(qie)(qie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。

  2 LKEAP 新型電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)光(guang)(guang)母(mu)線維護(hu)(hu) 體(ti)系 2.1電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)光(guang)(guang)維護(hu)(hu)原(yuan)理(li)(li) 電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)光(guang)(guang)維護(hu)(hu)原(yuan)理(li)(li)很(hen)簡(jian)單, 主(zhu)要動作(zuo)根(gen)據為(wei)(wei)毛病(bing)產(chan)生的(de)兩(liang)個不同因素(su): 弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)光(guang)(guang)及(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流增(zeng)量(liang)。當一起檢測(ce)到弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)光(guang)(guang)和電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流增(zeng)量(liang)時(shi)宣(xuan)布跳閘(zha)命(ming)令。也就是說, 當體(ti)系發作(zuo)毛病(bing)時(shi), 弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)光(guang)(guang)傳感器將(jiang)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)光(guang)(guang)信(xin)號轉(zhuan)化為(wei)(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian) 信(xin)號, 經過I/O 輔佐單元傳給(gei)主(zhu)單元, 主(zhu)單元再(zai)經過檢測(ce)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流信(xin)號而且(qie)到達(da)發動值(zhi), 即宣(xuan)布跳閘(zha)信(xin)號。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)光(guang)(guang)維護(hu)(hu)能快速切(qie)除中低壓(ya)母(mu)線毛病(bing), 確保輸配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網的(de)安全運(yun)轉(zhuan)。現(xian)在, 烏海電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)業局五(wu)福變電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian) 站、寶山(shan)變電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站35 kV 母(mu)線已安裝了(le)LKEAP 電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)光(guang)(guang)維護(hu)(hu), 運(yun)轉(zhuan)作(zuo)用(yong)杰出, 并可作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)參考, 廣泛地使用(yong)在其他中低壓(ya)母(mu)線上(shang), 發揮其應有的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)。
